Women’s Issues
Women move through many life stages that can change how they see themselves, their relationships, and their place in the world. I work with women navigating infertility, pregnancy and postpartum changes, motherhood, perimenopause and menopause, relationship changes, career shifts, and changes in identity or family roles.
These transitions can bring grief, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and questions about who you are and what you need. Sometimes the hardest part is feeling like you have lost touch with yourself while trying to meet everyone else’s needs. Therapy provides a space to slow down, make sense of what is changing, and reconnect with your own needs, values, and sense of self.
EMDR and Brainspotting can be helpful when past experiences, difficult transitions, or ongoing stress continue to affect how you feel and respond today. We can use these approaches to process experiences that feel stuck or overwhelming, while also working on practical issues such as boundaries, communication, relationships, and making decisions that feel right for you.
My goal is to help you move through life’s changes with greater clarity, self-trust, and confidence. Therapy can help you feel more grounded in who you are and more able to make choices based on what you need and value, not simply what others expect from you.
