Neurodivergence
I work with adults, parents, and couples navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and sensory or processing differences. My goal is not to change the way your brain works, but to help you better understand and support the way you naturally operate.
Many neurodivergent people spend years feeling like they have to work harder to fit into environments that were not designed for them. Over time, this can lead to stress, anxiety, shame, burnout, relationship difficulties, or a sense that something is wrong with you. We can work together to understand these experiences, reduce self-blame, and find strategies that fit your actual needs rather than forcing you to constantly adapt.
My goal is to help you develop greater self-understanding and self-acceptance while building practical ways to navigate relationships, communication, stress, and everyday life. Therapy should help you feel more comfortable being yourself, not teach you how to hide who you are.
