Families Impacted by Addiction

Addiction affects entire family systems, often creating cycles of stress, uncertainty, and complicated emotions such as anger, grief, and guilt. Family members frequently find themselves balancing care for their loved one while also trying to protect their own wellbeing. In therapy, we focus on understanding these patterns, strengthening boundaries, and developing healthier ways of responding within the relationship. My goal is to help families move out of reactive cycles and toward greater clarity, stability, and emotional balance.
