How We’ll Work Together
In our work together, therapy is collaborative, structured, and compassionate. Together, we identify the patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical skills that translate into daily life. I offer clear, direct feedback and grounded psychoeducation so you can better understand what is happening internally and relationally and make intentional shifts rather than reactive ones.
Because chronic stress and earlier experiences are often held in the nervous system, I integrate brain-body approaches, including Brainspotting when appropriate. This allows us to work beyond insight alone, supporting deeper processing and resolution while maintaining a sense of steadiness and control.
