I work with adults, parents, and couples navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and sensory or processing differences. Many neurodivergent individuals have spent years trying to adapt to environments that weren’t designed with them in mind, which can lead to exhaustion, self-doubt, and relational strain. In our work together, we focus on understanding how your brain works, building practical strategies that support regulation and communication, and reducing the pressure to constantly mask or overcompensate. My goal is to help you move toward greater self-understanding, sustainable functioning, and relationships that honor how you actually operate
